I have found that one type of program is not the solution for everyone. While a solid nutritional program and simple lifestyle upgrades can get many clients a large level of improvement, there are those who need support to go the extra mile to reach their best functioning and performance.

Today, it seems there is much confusion about what to eat and how much to eat and even when to eat. Look in any book store to see racks and racks of authors who suggest the “perfect method”. With so much confusing information pushed at the public how do you know the right program for yourself? it is important that every individual have the correct tools and knowledge, to be successful, in reaching his or her personal health goals. We are individuals with unique biochemistry. Many times a customized protocol is called for to reach and maximize health goals.

As a Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Licensed Dietary Nutritionist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I have taught and consulted in the metro area for several years. Early on I supported the Cardiac Rehabilitation Lab at Oakland University as on site nutritionist working to guide clients back to a healthful lifestyle. I have volunteered with the National Cooking Matters Program through Gleaner’s Food Bank in Detroit for 12 years. Here we focus on learning why solid nutrition can make a difference in life quality. As a former age-group swim coach I am aware of how important solid nutrition is to performance. I am prepared to provide guidance and support for individuals who desire to reach  their best health and longest health-span.
