Rebuild and Restore

Let’s Find Solutions: Recover Focus. Control Stress.

Build Mental and Physical Endurance.

facing difficult challenges.

Getting Started

You feel as if you have lost your “get up and go”. Your enthusiasm for life has wilted. Sometimes the world just seems too much to deal with. Often it has to do with a lifestyle change like during the pandemic lockdown.  Maybe issues in your life have disrupted your sleep so you cannot wake refreshed and resulted in a large sleep deficit. Possibly you have had a surgery or illness. You now need to recover your strength and vitality. Some of us have had exposures to fungus, bacteria or mold that is competing with our bodies for energy.

There are many possible reasons you feel  frustrated, exhausted and stuck in a less than ideal health situation.  Before I go further, please understand that sometimes major underlying conditions  are at the root of our fatigue and energy problems. If you have already been to your doctor and have been provided NO diagnosis, or you have a diagnosis and have not been given a plan for remediation, then there is strategy you can deploy to find your “get up and go” and get it back!

Strategy: This is a personalized approach to getting you to your best self.

Tactics:

  • Provide you with motivational support and guidance based upon your understanding of your own body.
  • Provide Virtual meetings so it is convenient for us to keep appointments. Staying on track is important.
  • Provide Review of your current health status to set appropriate goals around diet, exercise and rest.
  • Provide Personal Action items for you to prioritize your most concerning issues
  • Emphasis on recovery of energy levels, focus, stamina, and stress management.

Weight loss is not on the list, but is often a side effect.

Ann was challenged by all of these. These things can be related and often are. When you notice an improvement of one of these, you may soon see improvements across them all.

Part One: Rebuilding Basics

What to expect

We will start with basic things in Part One. When you sign up for Part One, our first meeting will be an hour long so we can discuss your history and the problems you are facing today. If you have recent labs from your doctor that you can share, that will lend understanding to where you are now. Next we review your weekly activities and goals including your sleep patterns. Where would you like to see yourself when this issue is resolved?  Meanwhile we will look at your dietary patterns: past and present. Following the one hour initial session there will be four 30 minute followups spaced about two weeks apart to give you a chance to work on your goals.

We are unique individuals. We require nutrients that nourish our own bodies, not someone else’s. Giving your body the nutrients it uniquely needs can bring benefit in a number of ways.  If we find success addressing these basics, that is terrific. It requires commitment and determination and time. Many people are successful at this level.  You will decide when you are progressing based upon how you feel.  Improvements take time.  Patience and persistence pays off.

Part One includes a one hour initial consult and 4 bi-weekly updates 30 minutes each. It spans about 2 months which allows us to see some progress. Our meetings are on line and you select the timing. When we come to the end of Part One, if you feel you are on the right path to recovering your vitality and can move forward independently, we will have a success.

However, If you want to continue with more discussion and coaching, you can renew Part One.

Finally, you may decide, that despite your best efforts, you are not moving forward using Part One strategy. You want to go deeper. If we agree this can be useful, then we move to Part Two .

Part Two: Going Deeper to Rebuild

What to expect

We keep looking deeper to rebuild mental and physical endurance, energy and focus. If you have given Part One your best effort and feel no improvement, Part Two uses testing options to provide information about root causes.

Part two begins with a review of part one progress. If further blood work, nutritional, food sensitivity, or metabolic testing is warranted, it will be offered to you at the best price available. These Lab tests are high quality and can reveal important information. They are especially useful when your very best committed efforts in Part One have not brought your body into balance. Your body, when in balance, is smart. Further testing can reveal why your best efforts have not succeeded. With further information, we can look at protocols that have potential to address your unresolved issues.

The tests used in part two include the Organic acids test. This test provides basic information about metabolic processes within the cells. It has markers for gut microbial overgrowth which are often the source of G.I. distress. The OAT also includes nutritional markers which flag dietary insufficiency. Many people use the OAT annually to stay on top of, and head off, potential health problems.

If you are an individual who feels it is important to begin Part Two immediately in order to access testing, please put your request, including phone number, in the contact form or email: fareforfriends@gmail.com and you will receive a prompt response.

Symptoms are sometimes linked to an imbalance in metabolism that prevents our body from accessing resources it needs to be its best. Since researchers are learning more about the details of how our bodies operate at the cellular level  we are fortunate to have information and testing that can help identify the source of unbalanced metabolism.  Fare for Friends is ready to assist you on your journey to resolve energy issues and its associated challenges that are holding you back from enjoying your life.
